What are your shipping rates within New Zealand?
We offer flat-rate shipping across both the North and South Islands. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while rural addresses may require an additional 2 days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within New Zealand to ensure our fragile interior pieces arrive safely and promptly. We hope to expand to international shipping in the near future.
What is your return policy for homeware items?
We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return items in their original condition within 14 days for a store credit or exchange, excluding sale items and custom furniture.
Can I pick up my order from your showroom?
Yes, we offer a free 'Click & Collect' service from our Auckland showroom. Simply select the pickup option at checkout and wait for our notification email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and interest-free installment options like Afterpay and Laybuy.
Are the colors on the website accurate?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to different monitor settings and natural lighting, slight color variations may occur between the screen and the physical product.
